MARCH 17 - A Red Fox (Vulpes vulpes) in a local wood in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire. It transpires that this individual, and possibly others, was being fed bakery left-overs by two ladies who brought food to the wood on a daily basis. Left in the same place regularly the fox soon became wise to this.  Recently, fox cubs have also been seen near here (March 17, 2016).
